Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had freezing rooms with openings to the next room and minimal decoration. The service was attentive, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was beautiful and convenient for the airport. The dining was expensive and disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was just inside the front door to Roganstown for one of my best friend's weddings. The rooms are slightly old-fashioned, but the shower was great, even though it was in a bizarrely small shower cubicle. The service, especially at the reception and health club, left much to be desired. The location was convenient being near the airport but lacking in views and connectivity. The dining experience, while traditional, had its flaws. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows.
The hotel rooms had a refreshing eucalyptus aroma, which worked wonders for me, and were exceptionally clean and comfortable. However, the room was not ready on time, and there were limited toiletries for two guests. The service was pleasant and helpful, though there were instances of glasses left uncleared. The location was superb with great golf courses nearby but lacked cleanliness at times. The dining experience had delicious choices but not the most practical breakfast hours. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained across the hotel.
The hotel is a great all-rounder, ideal for families and offers a lovely atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The rooms are cozy, clean, and spacious, perfect for repacking after shopping in Ireland. The service is top-notch with helpful and accommodating staff, although there were some issues with conference hall management. The location is peaceful and scenic, close enough to Dublin yet away from the hustle and bustle. The dining experience offers good value for money but may need improvement in food quality. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly staff and great amenities.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that exceeded our expectations, but the service was near impossible with rude and negative encounters. The location is quiet yet not as convenient, perfect for overnight stays close to the airport. The dining experience had some limitations but still enjoyable.
